The language editors will check the language and grammar of any submitted manuscript, and will make editorial changes when deemed necessary using Grammarly premium as a free service. The journal will also check similarity using Turnitin plagiarism checking tool and will guide the authors wherever is required to improve the quality of work
Peer Review Process (Single-Blind Review)
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a single-blind peer review process, in which the identities of the reviewers are kept confidential, while the authors’ identities are known to the reviewers.

Upon submission, each manuscript is first evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief or an assigned editor to assess its:
- Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope
- Originality and scholarly contribution
- Methodological soundness
- Compliance with author guidelines and ethical standards
Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be desk rejected without external peer review.
Reviewer Selection
Manuscripts passing the initial screening are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers with relevant subject-matter expertise. Reviewers are selected based on:
- Academic qualifications and research experience

Desk Rejection Policy
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening prior to peer review. During this stage, the Editor-in-Chief or assigned editor evaluates the submission to determine its suitability for the journal.
A manuscript may be desk rejected without external peer review if it meets one or more of the following criteria:
- The manuscript is outside the aims and scope of the journal.
- The work lacks sufficient originality, novelty, or scholarly contribution.
- The manuscript does not meet minimum quality standards in terms of structure, clarity, similarity above 20% or academic writing.
- The research methodology is inadequate, unclear, or not scientifically sound.
- The submission fails to comply with the journal’s author guidelines or formatting requirements.
- There is evidence of ethical concerns, including plagiarism, redundant publication, or inappropriate authorship practices.
- The manuscript is deemed not ready for peer review in its current form.
Desk rejection decisions are made to ensure efficient editorial processing, maintain high academic standards, and respect the time of reviewers. Authors will be notified of the editorial decision promptly.
A desk rejection does not imply a judgment on the importance of the research topic, and authors are encouraged to consider revising the manuscript or submitting it to a more suitable journal.
Cover Letter
A submitted manuscript must be accompanied by a cover letter. The cover letter must clearly state that the manuscript is an original work on its own merit, that it has not been previously published in whole or in part, and that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere. It should also include statements, clearly indicating that all authors have read the final manuscript, have approved the submission to the journal, and have accepted full responsibilities pertaining to the manuscript’s delivery and contents. If there are any ethical, copyright, and/or disclosure issues that come with the manuscript, they should be revealed in the cover letter. In addition, authors need to declare that there is no conflict of interests, or disclose all the conflicts of interest regarding the submitted manuscript.
