Open Access Policy
The International Journal of Theoretical & Applied Computational Intelligence (IJTACI) is a fully open-access journal. All articles are free to read, download, and reuse as soon as they are published, with no embargo, subscription, or registration required.
IJTACI follows the definition of open access set out in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI): users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, and use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from access to the internet itself.
License
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Anyone may share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided the original authors and the source are properly credited. The license appears on every article landing page and PDF and is included in the article metadata.
How to attribute
When reusing IJTACI content, please give the authors' names, article title, journal name, year, and DOI, and include a link to the license.
Copyright
Authors keep the copyright of their work, and the journal has the right of first publication. See the Copyright and Licensing policy.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
Reading articles is always free. IJTACI charges no submission, processing, or publication fees for manuscripts submitted before 1 January 2028.
On submissions from 1 January 2028 onward, 250 US$ will be charged for each finally accepted article to cover publication cost. See Article Processing Charges.
Self-archiving and preservation
Authors may deposit any version of their article in any repository without an embargo (see the Self-archiving Policy). Published content is preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (see Archiving Digital Version).
