Publishing Policy

The International Journal of Theoretical & Applied Computational Intelligence (IJTACI) adheres to a transparent, ethical, and high-quality publishing policy to ensure the integrity and impact of scholarly work. The journal encourages academic freedom, rigorous peer review, and open access to knowledge, while ensuring compliance with international publishing standards.

Open Access Policy

IJTACI is an open-access journal, which means that all articles are freely available to readers without subscription or access fees. This ensures the widest possible dissemination of research findings and supports the global exchange of knowledge. Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal a license to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).

Peer Review Policy

All submissions to IJTACI undergo a peer review process. This means that:

  • The identities of reviewers are concealed.
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the field.
  • Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and previous scholarly contributions.
  • Editors make the final decision based on reviewers’ recommendations and the manuscript’s academic merit.

Peer review is designed to ensure the quality, originality, and validity of published work.

Plagiarism and Similarity Check Policy

IJTACI maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submitted manuscripts are screened using advanced plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin). Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 15% (excluding references) may be returned for revision or rejected outright.

Self-plagiarism, duplicate submission and data fabrication are treated as serious ethical violations.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors publishing with IJTACI retain the copyright of their work. All articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.

Archiving Policy

IJTACI uses digital preservation services to ensure the long-term availability of its content. Articles published in the journal are archived and indexed in secure and reputable digital repositories and databases. This guarantees permanent access even in the event of journal closure or website downtime.

Article Withdrawal and Retraction Policy

  • Withdrawal: Authors may request the withdrawal of a manuscript before the peer review process begins. Once peer review has commenced, withdrawal requests must be justified and approved by the editor.
  • Retraction: Published articles may be retracted if found to contain plagiarism, falsified data, or significant errors. Retraction notices will be issued with a clear explanation, and the original article will be marked accordingly.

Data Sharing and Reproducibility

Authors are encouraged to make their data, codes, and research tools openly available whenever possible to support transparency and reproducibility. Proper citations and access information must be included in the manuscript.

Authorship and Contribution

All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research and writing of the article. Any changes in authorship after submission (addition or removal of authors) require written approval from all co-authors.

Fees and Charges
