Expression of Concern Policy
International Journal of Theoretical & Applied Computational Intelligence (IJTACI) may publish an Expression of Concern when credible evidence raises serious questions regarding the integrity, reliability, or ethical compliance of a published article, but a full investigation has not yet been completed.
An Expression of Concern may be issued in cases including, but not limited to:
- Alleged data fabrication or falsification.
- Suspected plagiarism or duplicate publication.
- Undisclosed conflicts of interest.
- Ethical concerns regarding research involving humans or animals.
- Ongoing institutional or funding agency investigations.
The notice will remain linked to the original article until the matter is resolved. Following the investigation, the journal may publish a correction, retract the article, or remove the Expression of Concern if the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.
IJTACI follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in handling Expressions of Concern.
